Financing tomorrow
Where digital infrastructure meets real-world sustainability — enabling new ways to fund tomorrow’s assets.
What is NevoSphere?
NevoSphere is a digital infrastructure built by the NEVO Group to connect real-world sustainability projects with the global capital markets through tokenization.
It enables verified environmental assets - such as carbon credits, reforestation projects, renewable energy parks or biodiversity programs - to be represented, financed and traded transparently on chain.
By combining blockchain technology, regulatory compliance and ESG-verification, NevoSphere turns digital value into environmental impact.
This approach unlocks new liquidity for green projects, ensures full traceability of CO₂ reduction and removal, and allows bot private and institutional investors to directly participate in measurable climate action.
Why Finance Climate Projects?
To stay on track for limiting global warming to 1.5 °C, the world must significantly scale up carbon removal efforts.
Current measures remove roughly 2 gigatons of CO₂ annually, yet scientific pathways indicate that by 2030 an additional 0.9 to 2.8 gigatons of CO₂ per year will need to be captured and permanently stored — representing up to 2.8 billion tons more than what is currently achieved or pledged under existing policies.
By 2028 the demand for CO₂ credits will nearly triple, while nature-based climate projects face a yearly financing gap of over 100 billion USD — NevoSphere provides the infrastructure to close this gap.

Sustainable Asset Tokenization
Tokenization enables environmental and climate projects to be financed transparently and efficiently. By converting real ecological work — such as reforestation, water treatment initiatives, agricultural sustainability projects, or long-term CO₂ removal — into digital units, each token represents a measurable share of the project’s impact.
Investors can fund projects directly, while continuous data, monitoring results, and verification updates keep every token traceable and auditable.
This creates a reliable, scalable model that channels capital into high-quality nature-based solutions and makes their impact visible in real time.
FAQ
-
NEVOsphere is a digital infrastructure developed by Nevo Group to tokenize and manage real-world sustainability assets and carbon credits for the voluntary market. It enables transparent, verifiable, and structured on-chain representation of environmental and impact-driven projects
-
Nevo Group designs and operates digital infrastructures for real-world asset tokenization, with a focus on sustainability, impact financing, and compliant blockchain-based asset structures.
-
Access depends on the specific project and its legal structure. Depending on jurisdiction and regulatory classification, tokenized assets may be available to companies, institutional partners, or qualified investors.
-
Asset tokenization is the digital representation of real-world assets on a blockchain. It increases transparency, enables efficient transfer and management, and allows structured access to assets that are traditionally illiquid or complex.
-
No. Carbon credits are one use case. NEVOsphere is designed as a broader infrastructure for tokenizing and financing sustainability and impact assets, including insetting and real-world environmental projects.
-
Examples include verified carbon credits, insetting projects, nature-based solutions, and sustainable infrastructure or impact projects. The platform is asset-agnostic by design.
-
All relevant asset data is recorded on-chain, creating an immutable audit trail. This allows clear tracking of origin, ownership, usage, and retirement where applicable.
-
No. NEVOsphere does not certify assets. It provides technical infrastructure to document, structure, and transparently represent externally verified data.
-
Offsetting compensates emissions externally, while insetting integrates climate action directly into a company’s own value chain. NEVOsphere supports both approaches.
-
Yes. NEVOsphere can be used as infrastructure to structure and manage the financing of sustainability and impact projects through tokenized assets or usage rights.
-
No. NEVOsphere is a technical infrastructure. Whether a specific token qualifies as a financial instrument depends on the individual project structure and applicable regulation.
-
The infrastructure is designed to support regulatory-compliant token models. Regulatory classification and compliance are assessed on a project-by-project basis.
-
NEVOsphere is intended for companies, project developers, institutional partners, and other stakeholders seeking transparent, structured access to sustainability and impact assets.
